Calls and bookings placed before noon are normally scheduled the same day where a slot is open; everything else gets the next available slot. There is no after-hours surcharge on a scheduled appointment.

Tell us what it is doing
Call or book online. Tell us the brand and the model number if you have it, and describe what the appliance is doing. The more specific you are, the better prepared the technician arrives.
We diagnose it properly
A technician shows up within your two-hour window, runs a proper diagnostic, and walks you through the cause in plain language before any repair is discussed.
You approve a fixed price
We give you a complete price covering parts and labor before anything is touched. Approve it and most jobs are done the same day, with a written warranty on your invoice.
Three things that speed up your repair
The model number
On the door frame, behind the kick plate, or inside the drawer runner. With it, the right part usually travels with the technician.
What it is actually doing
"Warm on the fridge side, freezer fine" narrows a diagnosis far more than "it is broken". Error codes help too.
Access to the appliance
Built-ins need to be pulled forward. Clearing the surrounding area saves time you would otherwise be billed for.
