The service area stays small on purpose

We cover Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and Sugar Land — and nothing else. Keeping the route compact is what allows us to commit to a two-hour arrival window and reliably hit it. Stretching across the entire Houston metro is how those windows stop being real. We would rather decline a call than give you a vague “sometime in the afternoon.”

Instruments on the appliance before any price is mentioned

The technician runs diagnostics before quoting anything. The same problem can have five different causes, and the right part for one is not the right part for another. You get a flat price only after we know what is actually wrong — not an estimate based on what usually causes the problem.

One number, agreed before anything comes apart

Parts and labor together, in writing, before we open the appliance. There is no hourly clock running in parallel. Nothing gets added to the invoice that was not approved beforehand.

We tell you when the numbers do not add up

A motor job on a ten-year-old washer, or a sealed-system repair on an aging side-by-side — sometimes the math says replace rather than repair. We have that conversation before you commit to spending money, even when it means losing the job. It is why a fair number of our customers have called us more than once.

Parts with documentation

OEM parts when they are available and appropriately priced. Either way, the part number goes on your invoice. If we are recommending an aftermarket option because it is more reliable or faster to source than the OEM equivalent, we tell you why before fitting it.

A warranty that covers the actual repair

One year on labor and on every part we install. If the same problem comes back within that period, we return and make it right. That is the whole warranty — no exceptions buried in fine print.
